Steve was continuously in touch with me throughout the trip, checking on how it was going. He kept updating me an evening in advance about the next day's pick-up time. He took out the time to meet me in Hanoi and very thoughtful of him for bringing me gifts as a token of appreciation for giving him the business. I wish him and his company the very best.
