Payment Method
General Information
To secure your booking with Asia Mystic Travel, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required at the time of reservation. Payments can be made through various methods, including Western Union, bank transfer, credit card, or cash in the country.
Please note that a 3% processing fee applies for credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard only). Any charges from the sending institution for other payment methods must be covered by the client or agent, including correspondent bank fees.

For larger payments, we recommend bank transfers as the most secure option with lower fees. Please use the following bank details for your transfer:

Important Note: After making the transfer, please email us the transaction receipt. Asia Mystic Travel does not cover any fees charged by your bank, and the sender is responsible for all international bank transmission charges.
Credit/Debit Card
Payments can also be made securely via 9Pay, accepting major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard. A 3% processing fee will be added to the total amount when using this service.
To pay online:
- Check your invoice payment link sent via email.
- Confirm the details and read the Terms and Conditions.
- Click "Submit" to be redirected to the 9Pay Payment Gateway.
- Fill in your card information and complete the payment.
Western Union
Western Union is a fast way to transfer payments. You can send money online or at a local agent. Note that Asia Mystic Travel does not cover any transaction fees required by Western Union.
Cash Payments
Cash payments can be made directly at our office upon arrival, avoiding additional fees.
