These terms and conditions are established by Asia Mystic Travel and apply to all individuals making travel bookings with us. By completing your booking, you agree to abide by these terms of service.
I. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Health & Insurance
- You must be aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions for your travels and carry necessary vaccination documentation.
- We strongly recommend obtaining insurance that covers cancellation costs and provides assistance in case of accident or illness.
- Prices
- All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of offer. After this period, prices and conditions may be adjusted.
- Airfare is subject to change without prior notice from airlines.
- Reservations during peak times (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year) may incur additional charges.
- Itinerary Exclusions
- We can provide quotes for airport transfers, early check-ins, or any additional services upon request.
- Hotel rooms are available from 14:00 on the arrival day until 12:00 on the departure date. Additional fees apply for early check-in or late check-out.
- Proposed services and tours are for informational purposes only; reservations will not be made without your confirmation.
- If a proposed service is unavailable at the time of booking, we will endeavor to find alternatives
II. GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Booking Details
- Verify your details on the confirmation invoice and report any errors immediately. Ensure names match those on the passport.
- We will share your information with relevant suppliers and authorities as required for your travel arrangements. This includes sensitive information related to disabilities or dietary needs. More details can be found in our privacy policy.
- Payment
- A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. A second deposit of 20% is due 30 days before departure, with the remaining balance payable in cash upon arrival.
- Payments must align with our invoices and can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer, with any bank charges borne by the client.
- Cancellation or Amendments
- Cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing and will take effect upon receipt.
3.1 Cancellations by You
- After confirmation, a 10% administrative fee applies per person, plus additional charges from hotels, airlines, and other contractors.
- If cancellation occurs after full payment, a credit will be held for future bookings, minus any applicable charges. Cancellation fees are as follows:
- > 45 days before departure: 10% of total cost
- 44 to 35 days before departure: 30% of total cost
- 34 to 15 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- 14 to 7 days before departure: 75% of total cost
- 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total cost
3.2 Cancellations Not by You
- We strive to operate tours as planned but may need to modify or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any changes and offer alternatives:
- Services of equivalent or similar standard, if available;
- Lower-standard services with a refund of the price difference;
- Cancellation with a full refund of all payments made.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure will result in a full refund, with no additional compensation.
- Infant and Child Prices
- Children under 2 years: Free (sharing existing bed with parents)
- Children 2 to 5 years: 50% of adult tour price (sharing existing bed)
- Children 5 to under 10 years: 75% of adult tour price (sharing existing bed)
- Children 5 to under 10 years: 90% of adult tour price (sharing existing bed)
- Children over 11 years: Charged as adults
- Airline child pricing policies apply; additional supplier fees may be applicable.
- Feedback or Complaints
- We encourage you to inform us of any dissatisfaction as soon as possible to resolve issues promptly.
- Liability & Responsibility
- Our terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We act as a booking agent and are not liable for any death, injury, or loss unless caused by our negligence.
